Returns & Exchanges

At Baby K'tan, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your carrier isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in new, unwashed condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unwashed carrier and all original manuals in a secure box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
